Fungal diseases of skin and nails

A significant portion of the population is affected by nail fungus. This infectious disease occurs most frequently in the elderly, athletes and diabetics and often requires an extensive treatment. We adapted a modern development of the classic therapy, which will treat the issue much faster and effectivly. Our practice uses a technique with a certain laser against nail fungus and fungal diseases of the skin.

With the help of the gentle FOX diode laser, the previously complex treatment of these infections can now be greatly simplified: Because the radiation penetrates through the nail plate and then through the nail bed, where the infection lies. The laser radiation is absorbed and the heat from the laser destroys the fungus. as a result the cells die off in this process, the fungus cannot continue to grow in the future – the infected nail or skin can now heal.
