The production of collagen fibers in our skin decreases over time. Creases and excess skin form primarily on the face, neck and décolleté. The combination of radio frequency and microneedling is an innovative method for skin tightening and skin rejuvenation. In addition, the method is also effective in smoothing the skin structure (e.g. in the case of acne scars).

Radio frequency energy is applied directly to the tissue through 49 fine, gold-plated microneedles. Many coagulation areas are created which causes the weakened collagen fibers to contract and activate the regenerative mechanism of the connective tissue. Collagen and elastin are regenerated. The skin is noticeably tightened and renewed. The top layer of the skin is protected because the depth of treatment and the amount of energy delivered can be controlled. This technology enables individual treatment for all skin types and skin colors, including tanned skin.

The treatment is suitable for tightening bags under the eyes, the skin around the lower cheek, on the chin as well as the décolleté. Wrinkles around the eyes or around the mouth can be significantly smoothed out. Acne scars can be reduced. The Genius system is also suitable for treating stretch marks.

How does the treatment work?

A numbing cream is applied about 45 minutes before the start of the treatment to ensure that the treatment is painless. The treatment takes about 20-30 minutes and the first results are visible after about 4 weeks. We recommend 3-4 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.

After treatment with the Genius System, there may be slight redness and swelling that lasts for a maximum of three days. These can be covered with make-up after the treatment.
